The Watermore RunFest is here! 🎉
Thank you to everyone who took part last year — we’re excited to bring the event back and make it even bigger and better in 2026.
This year we’re also introducing a 5K option for anyone who feels the 10K might be a little too far, but still wants to get involved and support the fundraising effort. Whether you run, jog, or walk, we’d love to see you there!

Event Details
📍 Location: Watermore Primary School
🕘 Registration opens: 9:00am
🏁 Race starts: 10:00am
Important Information
Please familiarise yourself with the race route in advance – roads will not be closed.
Running surfaces vary along the route, particularly at Crossbow and Hilly Fields.
Please listen to the safety briefing before the race begins.
Headphones are discouraged for safety reasons.
There will be a water station on the route, but runners are encouraged to bring their own bottle.
Event Merchandise
You can also purchase a Watermore RunFest hoodie when you enter — perfect for proudly showing off your achievement! Hoodies will be given out after the race.
Finish Line Rewards
Every runner will receive a medal, t-shirt (for those who book in time) and goodie bag at the finish line, packed with tasty treats and a little celebratory tipple to reward your efforts… 🍻🍬
After the Race
Join us back at the school for BBQ, cakes, and entertainment to celebrate your achievement! 🍔🍰
Affiliated Runner
An affiliated runner is someone who is a member of a running club that is registered with a recognised running organisation.
Rainbow Run 🌈
Please arrive before 12:00pm to collect your wristbands.
Party Peeps will gather everyone on the Watermore playing field at midday.
The first race will start at 12:30pm. Children will be split according to year group, and there’ll be a low key, quieter rainbow run for those who’d prefer this option too.
